It is a department that aims to ensure the implementation of projects and the supply of goods or services at the required time with the best quality and lowest cost in line with plans and objectives of NHC, by activating agreements with the strategic successful partners of the company, after studying the company’s needs and studying the market to search for the best solutions and to know potential risks.
This department manages purchase requests related to services and materials related to operations and general procurement through the provision of quotations, negotiation, award and contracting.
Service provider management
This department handles all service provider operations including registration and qualification, service provider risk management, performance evaluation, and building strategic relationships with service providers.
