The program aims to improve the customer's experience of owning their first home, in addition to providing housing and financing solutions that meet the needs of citizens.

The comprehensive housing platform represents a comprehensive electronic umbrella for all services and products for individuals to view and explore the opportunities available to benefit from the services provided, where the available housing units are presented in addition to various urban designs.

Comprehensive Sakani Center

The center represents the meeting point between clients, real estate developers, sales, financing agencies, housing system services and documentation procedures. Currently, the center has four branches in Riyadh, Al-Khobar, Jeddah and Madinah.

Ejar

An integrated electronic network concerned with organizing and developing the real estate rental sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and preserving the rights of the parties to the rental process, by providing a set of electronic solutions.

Disused Lands

A program that aims to implement the royal order imposing fees on disused lands, to increase the supply of developed residential lands at reasonable prices, and to combat monopolistic practices in order to achieve a balance between supply and demand.

Sustainable Building

A program that aims to provide a number of services that contribute to achieving the quality of housing units by examining and auditing the quality of construction, and prefabricated buildings, according to the highest standards of sustainability.

Subdivision

The Real estate units sorting service are procedures and requirements through which a building or real estate complex is sorted or re-sorted into several real estate units through which all information about the real estate unit and its quorum are determined from the land area and from the common parts of the property and the rights of use. The service is provided to the beneficiaries through surveying and consulting offices and is approved by the screening program.

Mullak

A program concerned with regulating the relationship between owners and occupants of real estate units of joint ownership, through the development of systems, regulations and control mechanisms, in addition to assisting in the creation and management of common areas such as entrances, elevators and corridors.

Sakan Jamaie

A platform that enables establishments to disclose individual or group housing information for their employees and works to ensure the availability of an appropriate housing environment for them that is in line with their working conditions, in accordance with clear and specific standards which establishments abide by.
