Dear Vendor,

We would like to inform you that ALL Vendors must issue and submit a “Tax Invoice” for due invoices as per General Authority of Zakat & Tax in the KSA requirements;

Invoice(s) must be prepared in accordance with Article 53 of the VAT Executive Regulations of General Authority of Zakat & Tax in KSA and to be issued to “National Housing Company”.

 

Attached is the Value Added Tax - Implementing Regulations.
