A department manages all executive tasks related to service providers, such as registration, qualification, risk management, performance evaluation, and developing strategic partnerships.

The Project Procurement is responsible for obtaining goods, services to meet the needs of National Housing Company, and ensure high quality products, and services while maximizing value for money and adhering to principle and sustainable procurement practices.
Real Estate Development Procurement
The Real Estate Development (Suburbs) Procurement is responsible for obtaining goods, services to meet the needs of National Housing Company, and ensure high quality products, and services while maximizing value for money and adhering to principle and sustainable procurement practices.
Corporate Procurement
The Corporate Procurement is responsible for obtaining goods, services to meet the needs of National Housing Company, and ensure high quality products, and services while maximizing value for money and adhering to principle and sustainable procurement practices.
Excellence Department
The Procurement Excellence Department is responsible for structuring the operations procedures and methods supporting the housing system, in addition to monitoring the procurement sector performance, and applying performance measurement tools to identify and develop weaknesses and improve the services provided.
Local Content Department
The Local Content Department is the department concerned with monitoring the inclusion of the local content based on the controls issued by the Local Content & Government Procurement Authority. In addition to enhancing the contributions to support the local content in the housing sector through several initiatives, one of which is controlling and ensuring the stability of building materials prices for housing for the benefit of the beneficiary, through conducting cooperation agreements with local factories and offer them to unit executors through Mawad platform.
